The machine makes up of the lateral manifold、overturn manifold、feed-in manifold、 CNC feed-in trolley、two CNC drilling units、one die stamping machine、electric cooling system. The rotating speed of spindle is stepless adjust controlled by the transducer. Feed-in speed is adjusted by speed regulating valve. Fast forward-phase-reverse can convert automatically. There is a typewriter, the anallatic of typing can be settled optionally. Marking, punching and feed-in drilling is powered by hydraulic, the main parts are imported from abroad. Force circulation system, increase life span of the drill. Controlling system makes up of upper computer、CNC system、servo motor、 PLC、external detector Switch. Only the dimension of workpiece should be , the working program will be generated automatically. Can save、transfer、display and communicate according to the number of workpiece.
