Work Process of Architectural Renderingï¼š
Step 1_Get quotation: Send us your CAD screenshot and your requirements for a reasonable quote.
Step 2_ Reach an agreement on price and schedule.
Step 3_Files provide: Provide us project files in different folders.
a)If you have model, CAD, rhino, Revit or sketch-up formats are good. If you don't have model, CAD and some illumination are helpful for us to understand your design.
b)Materials for different areas of the building and landscape.
c)Reference images including day/night view, previous rendering, and the rendering style/tone, plant types, category of people such as kids or elders, business type or casual etc.
Step 4_Modeling and rendering: We begin to modeling and rendering previews for you. The previews will be sent in JPG or PDF format daily and then will be modified according to your comments each day as well. If you have time, each day two rounds of previews are workable as well.
Step 5_ rendering final and post-production: After every detail on the rendering is confirmed by you, we will start to render higher-resolution images and do some post-production and then send you the final renderings. Step 4 and Step 5 usually take **5 days according to actual work pace including how quick the feedback on renderings gets back to us. Note tight schedule/fast turnaround needs you to stay with us and supply us comments immediately after receive.
Step 6_Payment: Down payment will be paid when we reach an agreement on Step 2. Balance shall be paid immediately after we deliver the final renderings. PayPal, Wire Transfer and Monthly Payment are negotiable.
