Acoustic Insulation

EBLOCK has natural sound insulation thanks to its porous structure and its ability to dampen mechanical vibration energy. The sound coming from inside or outside of the room moves in Zig Zag direction, in which it will be split up and minimized substantially before going through the wall.

Thermal Insulation and Energy Efficiency

EBLOCK has very low thermal conductivity.  So space inside EBLOCK  building tends to be cooler in summer and warmer in winter. As a result, the energy consumption for air conditioning can be saved up to *0%, providing long-term added value for occupants.

Moreover, in the case of a normal fire, the wall made of EBLOCK  is invincible under the heat of ***0 degrees Celsius and its structure will not be changed with the sudden cold water. The test shows that EBLOCK  wall is capable of being fire-resistant more than within 4 hours.

Durability

EBLOCK is the construction material with high uniformity in which the concrete structure  is cured in the high-pressure saturated steam. In the autoclaving process, chemical elements and crystal structure are stabilized to generate solid structure mainly including tobermorite.

Therefore, EBLOCK is highly durable and has the highest compressive strength among light-weight construction materials and more sustainable than any other concrete blocks.

High Accuracy

EBLOCK has large size and is produced following the standard which increases the accuracy in construction process and reduces the loss of mortar in plaster. This feature helps to reduce mortar cost and construction time compared with the normal fired clay bricks.

Pest Resistance

There is no chance for pests, insects and rodents to inhabit in EBLOCK  building, especially in the tropical climate.

Environmentally Friendly

Different with other traditional bricks, EBLOCK is an ecological friendly building product, starting from raw materials to the production process. It cuts down toxic wastes and emissions which are harmful to the environment and can cause greenhouse effect. In Vietnam, EBLOCK is highly recommended by Green Building Council Vietnam.
