Automatic Milk Powder Production Line for turn key plant

Introduction:

The solution, emulsion, suspension liquid or slurry are sprayed into fine beads in the hot air, going down from the top of the drying chamber to the bottom, the water will be evaporated to and the product becomes powder or granular product.

Induce hot air from the top of drying tower, at the same time, pump the material liquid to the top of the tower by screw pump or peristaltic pump, the feeding solution becomes into fine beads or small droplets through the atomizer. When the droplets meet the high temperature hot air, the water will be evaporated immediately, and the material liquid is dried into dry product in a very short time, the product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower, or from the cyclone (depend on the configuration). When the hot air contacts with the droplets, the temperature declines significantly, and the humidity increases greatly, and then will be exhausted by exhaust fan. The fine powder in the air will be collected through different separating devices.

The whole line includes the following systems:

1.Water treatment system.
   This part including water filter and reverse osmosis puriffication system for pure water.

2.Water supplying system.
   This part including constant pressure system, electric control system, water storage tank.

3.Pre-treatment system.
   This part including the milk receiving tank, milk weight tank, milk separator, filter, pipeline flowmeter, etc.

4.Mixing system.
   This part including the plate heat exchanger, water-powder mixer, mixing tank, emulsifying tank, high-pressure homogenizer.

5.Concentration system.
   This part including pump, vacuum pump, one-efficiency concentration tower.

6.Drying system.
   This part including the concentrated milk tank, high-pressure pump, spray-drying tower. 

7.Packaging system.
   If your package is plastic bag, this part including bag filling machine, inkjet printer.
   If your package is can, this part including can filling machine, UV sterilization machine, vacuum sealing machine, turn can machine, inkjet printer, etc.

8.CIP system.

2. Servo film feeding system, correct register, sealing and cutting positions adopt automatic correction device, high automation. 
3. Intelligent temperature controller is used, correct temperature control, ensure nice, smooth seal.

5. When the machine is combined with metering equipments, full packaging process including automatic feeding, weighing, bag filling, date printing and automatic counting is completed. 
6. Type of bag making: According to customer's demand, the machine can produce pillow bags, punched hanging bags.
