Air-intake or air-exhuast system

2) 2PCS *0N automatic damper actuators to ensure the room circulation, one is fix on the upper of exhaust door to adjust the air capacity.

Heating system
1) With the hybrid energy design concept, Baochi is achieving an integrated heating mode of oil, electric and gas. You will not worry about the rising cost or short-cut of the energy. A one-time investment, long-life benefit! To break through the energy limit, Baochi is doing. 2) For your option, BCSR7 self-transmitted short-wave infrared heating lamp can be used, which is self-research, produced in Japan. BCSR7 lamp can be used for more than 7, **0 hours, higher efficiency in drying paint. With swing lifting design, you can use it more conveniently.

Control system
Designed by Baochi R&D team, the aHa3 touch screen controller has stable & reliable performance. Each operation can be set in accurate way, especially in time setting, temperature setting, over-temperature control, heating energy switching and failure indicator; Meanwhile, each operation can be monitored in real time. Only one-time setting in the controller, the whole operation will be done.

Environmental cabinet
Use 7.5KW turbo fan, multi-layers paint filter device and active carbon filter device, reach the national standard(Integrated emission standard fo air pollutants).

Water-soluble paint precessing system
1) A set of main hot air generator, 2 rows of hot air accelerator. When solidifying water-soluble paint, the main hot air generator and accelator will be woking at the same time. When solidifying general paint, only the hot air generator is working.
2) The nozzles for acceletator are fixed in the upper side at *5 degree angle to make the hot air even and constant.
