BINS MINOR is made up of an efficient and practical technical equipment, that can be connected to one or more of the fishing product processing baths, situated in the sales area, near the system. It need minimum maintenance and cleaning of shellfish purification plant. Inside the skimmer the selective flotation takes place, the separation between the organic substances and water. Organic substances, foams, and albumins rise to the upper part of the skimmer. Then they fall down through a pipe into a cylindrical container fitted with an automatic sprinkler, programmed by a timer which, approximately every *0 seconds, dissolves the foams and albumins into waste which flows directly into the sewer system, while the water falling to the bottom of the protein skimmer, through a siphon system, can circulate without foams and remain perfectly clean.
