Bituflex is a high quality bitumen emulsion containing imported reinforced water proofing agents. Bituflex is an emulsion and can be diluted by simply adding water to it according to the requirement and no heating is required. Bituflex once applied and cured properly (i.e. after evaporation of moisture content) gives a powerful joint less waterproofing surface, which can last for years.

Bituflex due to its water contents penetrates deep in to the voids of porous surface and gives a very good and effective water proofing. Bituflex does not shrinks, blisters or drips in high temperatures and does not crack in freezing cold. Bituflex works equally good on dry as well as on wet surfaces. Bituflex is an adhesive, odorless, non-flammable and non-toxic material. Bituflex can be applied by using brush, roller, squeegee or wiper. Generally its application is very easy.

Bituflex can be used on all kind of porous and non porous surfaces including cement, concrete, brick asbestos, cast iron, galvanized iron bitumen and wood etc. Bituflex due to its elastomeric quality is a use full multipurpose bonding agent and cement admixture, specially formulated to use with cement mortars, and concrete to reduce water absorption. It seals the voids of the layer and provides and excellent water proofing surface. Bituflex treated surface coming in contact with water of underground or overhead tanks does not cause any harmful effect on the quality of water and water remains fit for drinking as also certified by laboratory tests. Bituflex gives best result when reinforced with polyester reinforcing fabric, apply on basements and roofs.
