Bottle Cleaning Without Chemicals The Water Air Life system is different to what is known today as ionisation. The following components of the bottle cleaning machine can be treated with the WaterLife-AirLife system: Headspace of the Machine Hot Water Basin Hot Water Spray Cold Water Basin Cold Water Spray Fresh Water Supply Headspace of the Machine For degermination of the headspace, a sinter tube is installed in the headspace through which the charged oxygen ions are distributed in the space. The oxygen ions react with the germs in the headspace and eliminate the germs. Any biofilm in the equipment is dissolved and the formation of new films prevented. Odour is also neutralised. Hot Water Basin For the treatment of the water in the hot water basin, an outflow plate is installed in the basin. Ionized air enters the water through the outflow plate. The charged oxygen ions react with the germs in the water and neutralize the germs. Any biofilm in the basin is dissolved and the formation of new film prevented. The treatment of the hot water basin with ionized air provides the hot water for spraying. Hot Water Spray For hot water spraying, an injection unit is installed at the delivery side of the pump. The charged oxygen ions are injected in the water through the injection unit and mix with the water. The charged oxygen ions contact the bottles with the spray jet. The charged oxygen ions react with the germs in and on the bottles and neutralise the germs. Cold Water Basin For treatment of the water in the cold water basin, an outflow system is installed in the basin. The charged oxygen ions enter the water th
