YK Series Circle Vibrating Screen Introduction：

Working principles:

YK series vibrating screen mainly consists of the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and supportive device. 

Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then causing the screen box did circular movement by the amplitude. After that, the materials in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realizes the purpose of classifying.

Features and Benefits:

1. Adopted the eccentric block vibrator, so it not only can strengthen the vibrating force, also can be adjusted randomly;

2. Adopted the tire coupling, so it is flexible connection and steady operation;

3. The screen crossbeam and screen box adopted high-strength bolt, so its structure is simple and easy maintenance.

Note:

The vibrating screen should be started in a situation that is no materials in the screen surface, if not, avoiding starting the press, and then feeding the materials after making sure the machine operated steadily. Besides, the machine should be shut down until stopping feeding and ensuring the screen surface is clean. In addition, we should often watch the operation of the machine, if finding something is unusual or have strange noise, we’d better shut down the machine , find out the reasons ,and put it right at once.
