Q: How to start a project?
A: To start your project, please send us the design drawings, with a list of material, quantity and finish. Then, you will get the quotation from our PM within *4 hours. We accept all kinds of file formats for quotation. For production, we prefer IGES, STEP, Parasolid, Solidworks, Pro/E and UG files.
Q: Whats your delivery time?
A: It depends on the project type. Normally, small projects within a week, medium projects one and half weeks, big projects within 2 weeks. Shipping by UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT will take about **3 days.
Q: Whats your tolerance?
A: For prototype parts, general tolerance is +/*0.1mm. We can achieve +/*0.*5mm or even higher tolerance if it is needed. For precision machining parts, CNC milling (+/*0.*5mm), CNC turning (+/*0.*2mm), grinding and EDM (+/*0.**5mm)
Q: Whats your payment term?
A: We will provide you the pictures after we finished the prototype, and after you checking the picture, you can arrange the payment and provide us with the bank slip or paypal receipt, then we will arrange the delivery.
