Coal gas producer, also called gas
generator, is energy-saving and environmental protection equipment
with air and steam mixture as gasifying agent and coal as fuel. In
the hearth, coal and gasifying agent have an oxidation-reduction
reaction at high temperature, it produce syngas (CO and H2).it is
widely used in many fields such as metallurgy, ceramic,
glass-making, nonferrous metal, chemical industry, refractory
material, machinery, power plant, etc. Coal gasifier is the best
equipment for replace LPG, LNG, oil, coal, etc. According to the
requirement of different industry, we can provide crud gas (hot
gas) and clean gas(cold gas). The calorific value of gas is from
***5Kj/m3 to ***0 Kj/m3.Our company manufacture single stage
gasifier(KM1Q), double stage gasifier(KM3Q), pyrolysis
gasifier(KM5Q), it can adapt all kinds of coal. The diameter of
