Connecting Rod is our exemplary presentation and conforms to the Highest Quality and Performance standards. The connecting rod is a vital link between the pistons reciprocating motion and the crankshaft’s rotary motion, thus being instrumental in changing the reciprocating motion to rotary motion.

·         The big end and the small end are granded in stages to obtain the dimension and its clearances. By the process of Honing the final mirror finish of the product with its dimension and tolerances is reached.
·         Quality Control:
·         The Big and Small end dimensions of the Connecting Rod is cross checked at the point of machining by the means of Air Guages. A high degree of accuracy is achieved in this method. The tolerance for the Centre Distance is *5 microns and the bore diameter is 5 microns for best performance of the product.
·         The Big end and small end of the connecting rod should be of HIGH hardness and Strength as they withstand the highest rotating wear and tear. The I-type shaft connecting them should have high tensile and bending qualities.
·         Omoto Connecting rods manufactured as per JIS standards with special attention to deliver High strength, Optimum grain flow and close dimensional precision in the finished products.
