Features and Applications
EZ, ET, ED, EWT Control Valve is one of the major products in FISHER series control valves. It has the following features:

1. Higher stability: The back-guided structure has ensured the stability of the plug movement, and thus reduced the possibility of being sticked by fluids of non-lubricative, high-viscosity or with particles. Due to the structure, the vibration, noise level and wear and tear of trims were reduced as well.

2. Better Performance: Seat ring with sealing surface is able to serve at a better open and cut-off performance.

3. Preferable Packings System: The packing system has adopted PTFE V-rings, Flexible Graphite or the two

   combined to enhance the performance.

4. Good Reliability: As the process fluid flushes, trims

   could always keep clean, and the reliability is thus

   ensured.

5. Easy Maintenance: The seat ring is designed to be compressed structure, which makes the trim easy to replace and the valve body could remain fixed on the pipeline when trims are dismounted for maintenance.

6. Flexible Applications: Using different types of plug could realize diferent flow characteristics. EQ%, Linear and Quick Open plugs are standard options.

   The  single seat-valve is widely applied to chemical or hydrocarbon working services, as well as flow control services on non-lubricate, slurry fluids.
