Corn oil refining process contains corn crude oil, degumming, alkali refining, washing, drying, alkali refining oil, declorizing, filter, decolorizing oil, crystallization, maturing, dewaxing oil, deodor, cooling.
The main equipment are disc oil separator, decolorizing tower, filter, crystallization tank, maturing tank, deodor tower. In the deodor section, the temperature in the tower is need to controlled about **0 centigrade. The finished oil after deodor section must be cooled, avoid corn oil color reversion. In order to improve corn oil yield, low product cost, the alkali oil acid value must be control a certain range. The filter aid adopt diatomite can improve dewax effect.
