Offering less cost than CNC for low quantity orders because no time is lost in programming or setup, while offering more capabilities than either manual or CNC shops by using a combination of specialized industrial equipment that allows us to do all operations in house with absolute minimum overhead.

This setup is tailored towards and ideal for low volume or one-off needs - even at the hobbyiest level. We machine the geometry that is usually limited to high production and high investment orders in any quantity and at minimal investment through unique process engineering and facilities. Here are some samples of which we have particular experience with.

No setup or programming charges - less cost than CNC for low-mid volume production.
Internal splines, gear making, precision honing, engraving & other special operations done economically even in one-off situations.
Job done in-house: no need to send to different suppliers to have special geometry made.
Specialized inspection means reverse engineering capability - we can meet your needs from a sample part or simply a description of your application - means you don't need to do complex drafting or design.
