EK 80 split-beam scientific fish finder

EK80 split-beam research fish finder is a high-performance integrated echo signal acquisition and processing equipment, and has a powerful function of measuring, analyzing and reporting the reflection intensity of the separated beam target. The system is mainly used for biomass assessment, biological behavior, population study and other reflection targets (gases, liquids of different densities, internal waves) in water. The working mode of the EK80 system is to transmit sound waves of different frequencies vertically down and receive echoes, and then process the echo signal (as shown in the figure), so as to obtain the analysis data of the distribution layer, population size, population classification, individual size, behavior habits, and biomass of the water reflectors.

System composition:

The EK80 research fish detection system includes six operating frequencies of 18kHz, 38kHz, 70kHz, 120kHz, 200kHz and 333kHz. The main configuration is a set of computer processing units, two sets of transmitting and receiving units and two transducers. The transducer has both transmitting and receiving functions.
