XZS Series Full Stainless Type Vibrating screen machine

XZS series Full Stainless Vibro Sifter is a kind of precise fine sieving machine specially designed according to the special requirements of the food and pharmaceuticals industry.

Highly suitable for screening medicinal grains, powders and filtering serous fluids with High efficiency, low noisy, and no dust disperse, automatic layout and continuously operated.

Standard design sieve machine is suitable for continuous production line with high mechanization which is automatic feed, feed inlet can be sealed, no dusty flying; bell-mouthed design machine is suitable for manual feed. The Maximum layers of screen cloth can be up to five, the fineness is up to *8µ.

The latest design of frame structure is more suitable for pharmaceuticals field and received widespread praise from customers of pharmaceutical and food industry.

Moreover this machine is also suitable for filtrating any powder, particles and liquid.

Working Principle:

Our vibrating sieve use upright motor as the source of vibration, equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of motor ,change circumrotate to level, upright and incline movement, then pass these three movement to the surface of the screen. Adjust the phasic angle on the both sides of the top and bottom to change the movement orbits of the surface screen for sieving various materials.

Features:

1. Fully stainless steel with elegant appearance and durable;

2. Good sealing, low noise, smooth running, low consumption, high efficiency;

3. Using high strength hollow frame, net with high tensity, long service life, easy to fix and clean;

4. Silicon sealed, full mirror polish, the motor and spring parts with protecting arrangements and, no dead angle in machine;

5. Can be used for flow production line or for single use.

6. Available for filtration of dry, net material, and also can be redesigned as clients' special requirement.
