How to correct use of vibrating feeder:
(1) of the vibrating feeder maintenance?
Weekly inspection: the inspection itself or the frame structure of
weld crack, such as found on the surface crack in beam or side

the crack and hot repair welding groove, repair welding shall
ensure that penetration, to avoid stress concentration, not allowed

(2) the vibrating feeder operation procedures?
1, the operator should be cooked equipment, abide by the plant

2, operator before starting work on duty should be reading records,
and equipment inspection, check whether each bolt looseness,
whether machine surface damage, etc.
3, feeder start should follow the order process system, it is
forbidden to load starting.
4, feeder feeder should be frequently observed in the process of
running load, such as the heavy load feeder amplitude reduced
obviously should reduce quantificationally, and shall regularly
check vibrator bearing temperature, bearing temperature does not
allow greater than *5 ℃.
5, feeding machine downtime should comply with the order process
system, in addition to the special accident, ban pick-up after
parking or continue to feed.
