Glycerin Monostearate (GMS)

Description:

GMS can be used as lubricant and antistatic agent in the processing of polypropylene and other polyolefins. The pure GMS is a wax-like white solid, with specific gravity of 0.*7, while the actual commodity is yellowy to ivory powder or flake, fatty flavor, nontoxic,

combustible, which disperses in hot water but soluble in hot alcohols, petroleum and hydrocarbons.

Properties:

This is an oil-soluble product with the effect of internal & external lubricating property, weatherability,anti-aging and controling fatty acid cohesion. it can also improve the processing property of plastics, decrease power consumption, and improve the productivity as well as the quality of product.
