 CRUSHING PRINCPLE:

 The compressed air enters the fluidized bed after being agccelerated by the supersonic nozzle around the 

fluidized bed, and forms pulverizing cavity through mutual impact within the pulverator. The material enters 

into the pulverator of fluidized bed from feed inlet, being pulverized through mutual impact and friction

 driven by airflow. The qualified fine powder enters the turbine classifier which is in the upper part of 

fluidized bed driven by the rising airflow, and then enter in to cyclone collector after being classified by the 

classifier (if the products of various particle sizes are needed, add several vertical turbine classifier). The final

 material with better powder fineness is taken into bag dust-removal collector by airflow; then enters the

 discharging outlet at the lower part of the dust collector after being filtrated and discharged by pure air.

PRODUCT INTRODUCION:

The standard configuration of the machine is a vertical turbine classifier, in which the pulverizing and 

classification can be completed synchronically through cooperation. The product fineness can be adjusted at 

will by frequency adjustment of the rotary speed. For instance, a processing flow needing the products with 

quite a few of particle sizes, two to four classifiers can be added on the basis of one classifier with standard 

configuration and make it into a two-five connection classifier of a pulverizing classifier.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION:

The pulverizing mechanism of the machine determines its characteristics of wide application scope, high 

product fineness, etc, with the typical materials including: super hard diamond, silicon carbide, and metallic

 powders, etc; those with high purity requirements including: ceramic pigments, medicine, biochemistry, etc; 

and those with low temperature requirements including: machine and PVC, etc. The machine can become the

 protection inert gas equipment through turn the common air of the gas source into the inert gases like

 nitrogen or carbon dioxide gas, which is suitable for the pulverizing and classification of the flammable and 

explosive as well as easy oxidation materials.

  The whole equipment can choose carbon steel, stainless steel or other designated materials. The liner 

can be customized if necessary
