Joint Filling Plaster

It is a gypsum-based joint filler which can be apply between 0-5mm thickness onto interior gypsumboard joints by hand.

• Flexibility feature prevents cracking on joints.
• Creates a smooth surface.
• A1 class non-combustible material.

It can apply on gypsumboard joints, wall joints, crack surfaces etc. gaps for filler.

• Ambient temperature must be at least +5oC.

• Sections should be closed which causes air-flow.

Surfaces should be cleaned from subtances (dust, dirt, oil, paint, etc.) which are preventing adhesion of plaster.

· Fill fresh water into a clean container according to amount of mixture will prepared, approx. 6,5lt Water / 10kg Atışkan Joint Filling Plaster sprinkles to cover the surface of water.

· After waiting for 2 minutes, slurry is stirred until it becomes homogeneous.

· The mixture is ready to be used within 60 minutes.

· Atışkan Joint Tape is bonded to the center of gypsumboards joints.

· Ready mixture is applied on the joint tape with spatula, filled the gaps of screws.

· Do not add any other material (lime, sand, etc.) into mixture.

· Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact wash with plenty of water.

Do not use any place except where application areas noted.

6 months for storage in closed bag and humidity proof conditions.
