The
machine is equipped with one set of vertical sealing roller,
one set of horizontal sealing roller and one set of sealing
roller to strengthen. The vertical sealing roller is
completed, continuous grain vein with leak-resistant line.
The horizontal sealing roller is grain vein with
leak-resistant line or plain sealing with leak-resistant
line. The whole set of machine combines formingvertical
sealing--filling horizontal sealing horizontal strengthen
sealing--notchingcutting together.
The
feeding device depends the physical state of packing
product, which includes Magnetic pump device M for liquid
feeling; Hibar-style pump
device H and Rotary pump device R for homogeneous
viscosity; Piston pump device P for viscosity with
granule.There are line cutter, zigzag cutter and
perferative cutter to be chosen.
With
intelligent photo-eye control system, the first pouch can
be located automatically, and the interruption information
of the abnormal eyemark paint or incorrect design can be
excluded and working stably.
Application:
This machine is designed for
the automatic packing of liquid, viscous sauce and paste material,
it seals adopt three or four side seal method, according to
different material, the packing materials adopt different metering
device to inject into bags. Cut off methods can use each of flat
knife, serrated knife, point marking knife as requirement. And
equipped with ease open bags cutting device.

delivery should be tested by assemble and debugging engineer, wiped
up and cleaned, the wrapped by stretch film to protect it from
moist. The precision part needs flexible package. In addition,
without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow
ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory.
All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported
products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment
fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading and
