1.     Brief Introduction:

MCA is a multi functional additive. It can be used as a retardant as well as a lubricating agent.

MCA special features: Nitrogen content is high(>*8%),can be used rubber, plastic, especially while used in nylon for a proper amount, it provide an outstanding retardant effect; good therm-stability, heat loss is low, while kept under **0C for a long time; moreover it contains layer structure similar to that of graphite, so the good lubricating caplbility.MCA can be used under high temperature, high pressure, high loading, stroke loading; MCA can work well under high temperature, high speed, low temperature, low speed or under sudden and big temperature difference conditions.MCA is an excellent solid lubricant.MCA and be replaced for molybdenum disulfide and Teflon.

MCA is a white crystalline powder, specific gravity 1.5g/cm3,insoluble in water, and other organic solvent, but it can be very well dispersed in oily mediums, nontoxic, non-environmental problem, odorless, tasteless. Stable below **0C decompose above **0C,it it a very effective fire-retardant grade up to UL **-V0.

3.     Application:

MCA is widely be used in rubber, nylon, phenolic-formaldehyde resin, epoxy resin, acrylic resin emulsion, Teflon and other vinyl resin as retardant additive, The parts of machinery made containing MCA additive are of high retardants and insulators. As a lubricator, MCA has a better performance than molybdenum disulfide, the cost is only 1/6 of it.MCA does no harmful effect physiological, on the contrary it makes your skin delicate and velvety. So MCA is also used in cosmetics. It is used for reflecting light absorption in paints. A film of MCA can prevent rust forming at the same time as discharge agent for wiredraw machine, punching machine, and lubricant film for transmission parts for ordinary machinery.MCA can be mixed with Teflon, phenolic aldehyde resin and polyphenyl sulfo-ether to become a complex material which is used in making an extra ordinary lubricanting machine part to fulfil special request.
