Specification:
Moisture absorption and perspiration agentis a non-ionic hydrophilic polymer. The finishing agent can be used in the alkali reduction processing of pure polyester fabric and the finishing process of polyester cotton fabric. This agent improves the hand-feeling of the fabric significantly, the antistatic property and hydrophilicity of the fabric; and overcome the sultry feeling of the polyester fabric obviously when it is worn. Endows the fabric comfortable feel and excellent hydrophilicity.
 
Advantages:
After finishing withmoisture absorption and perspiration agent, a soft and elegant silk feeling can be given for polyester fabric, with excellent ability of dust-proof, anti-fouling, decontamination and anti-re-contamination; excellent water absorption; sweat absorption and air permeability; excellent antistatic property. Dyeing and finishing with disperse dyes in the same bath or after finishing alone can be treated in the same bath with resin and whitening agent.
 
Application:
【Reference process】
1.Padding method：
Padding (KDM-C55：20～50g/L，nip-padding liquid rate 70~80% )→stoving（80~110℃） →stentering at high temperature（180-190℃×30s，或150℃×2-3min）
2. Dipping(Impregnation)：
Dipping（KDM-C55：2-5%（o.w.f），bath ratio 1：10，130℃×30-60min）→stoving
 
Note：Can add a mixture in the dyeing of disperse dyes, there is no adverse effects to dyeing effect by usingKDM-C55.
