The Multifunctional Stab-resistance Suit that our company manufactured, whose technical indexmeets the 3rd level requirement stipulated in the standard GA141-2010 Police Body Armor; The stab-resistance performance meets thetechnical requirement stipulated in the standard GA68-2008 PoliceStab-resistant Suit.
1.The protective layer structure: UD and alloy plate;
2.Protective area: It can cover the main organs of the human body(including the protection of front, back and side), total protective layer area is: 0.3㎡;
3.Weight of the protective layer: 3.48㎏,thickness of the protective layer is: 18㎜;
4.The jacket of the suit is made of wear-resisting and tear-resistant textile materials, the color of it is navy blue, with several side pockets, the jacket can equip differently for different combat mission;
5.Bulletproof performance: Under high temperature condition, put the armor in the firing test, the armor can not be penetrated by the 51 type 7.62㎜pistol bullet(lead core) shot from the 79 type 7.62㎜light submachine gun with the distance of 5m, the maximum depth of concavity on the backing is less than 25㎜;
6.Stab-resistance performance:Under normal temperature condition，with 24J ± 0.5 impact energy and 0°, 45° piercing angle, dashing and stabbing the armor(bid by zx), the armor can not be penetrated by the knife point;
7.Wearing comfortableness: It is easy and convenient to put it on and off, the arms are free to move, kneeling, squatting, running, pitching and turning will not be influenced;
8.Life span: 8 years; adaptive temperature: -20°C±55°C;
9.The jacket and stab-resistant layer of the suit is detachable. After detached, the jacket can be washed; the stab-resistant layer doesnt need to be washed normally, if necessary, neutral detergent should be used, and with 48 hours above of air-cure under natural light;
10.One product, one plastic bag, one instruction, one product qualification certificate, desiccant and a portable bag are contained in the packing container;
11. Every product has quality liability insurance bought from legal insurance company, insurance amount is 1 million CNY each, insurance period is 8 years.
