Nano Metal Thermal Insulation Coating series are high-performance energy-saving environmental protection materials we specially develop for all kinds of metal materials, using pure acrylic emulsions, the high quality pigment fillers,glass bead and with micropore insulation technology nanometer technology. This coating has excellent reflectivity- reflect over *5% of sunlight & infrared-can rapidly dissipate the heat absorbed by the base metal material and  prevent heat transfer between inside and outside, so it has thermal insulation function. The product meets the national safety standards, including RoHS, CPSC, US ASTMF***3, EU EN*1, and NE***2 etc. 

Application

1 Suitable for the roofs of steel structure house, warehouses, grain depot, storehouse, moving house , residential, cars drive rooms, board houses, etc, 

2 Suitable for storage oil tank, oil tank truck, container, refrigerator, metals walls, ovens,as well as various metals in high temperature working situations.

Features

1 Excellent heat reduction - in summer, the difference between inside and outside temperatures can be *5-*0C.

2 Excellent thermal insulation - in winter, it can prevent the heat transfer from the room interior to outdoor, to hold the indoor temperature.

3 Both water-borne and oily based are available,with *0+ years service life
