The three-way stacking forklifts slide along the established guide rails, and the stacking channel width of the shelving system is slightly larger than the width of the pallet goods, achieving high-density storage requirements. At the same time, it inherits all the advantages of the crossbeam shelving system, and each pallet of goods can be accessed separately.

Heavy racks are assembled by columns, beams, cross braces, slant support and self-locking bolts, which can effectively prevent the racks from losing stability after the bolts are loose; The crossbeam adopts a specially made cold-rolled P-shaped closed beam; This structure has the characteristics of simplicity, reliability, light weight, strong load-bearing capacity, and low cost; The column card is equipped with a special design safety pin when connecting to the column, which can ensure that the crossbeam will not fall off under external impact; The laminated board adopts internationally made strip shaped laminated boards, which have the characteristics of strong bearing capacity, wear resistance, simple replacement, and low maintenance cost.

Installation method

First, install the transverse (cross brace) and diagonal (slant support) on the column with screws. Vertically stand the two assembled column pieces (one column piece=two columns+several horizontal braces+several diagonal braces) on the ground, adjust the distance between the two column pieces to the length of the crossbeam, and then install the crossbeam.
