Notes:-
This **0%  CDA certified coconut oil is suitable for both food and cosmetic use. It is raw, virgin, and unrefined with a melting point of *6 degrees, at which point it will turn to liquid. Its distinct coconut aroma is pleasant, deep and full bodied, but can be altered if diluted with skin care preparation compounds. 

  Method of Extraction

1.      Shell and peel fresh, ripe whole coconuts to remove brown skin.

2.      Mill and dry the white meat to fine shreds. The drying process takes an average of 2.5 hours maintaining a maximum temperature of *0 degrees. This allows preserving the original quality and texture of the meat while only removing the excess water in the meat.

3.      Next, the milled and dried coconut is processed using cold oil press to separate oil from the coconut. This process is carefully customized to control the temperature at less than *0 degrees. 

4.      The separated oil is then filtered through a series of filter cloth to obtain clear coconut oil, commercially known as Virgin Coconut Oil. 

5.      The filtered virgin coconut oil is temporarily stored in a tank and made to pass through a final filter to remove any detritus left over before it is packed into its final drum.
