Reinforced jack with rack idler

Use: By keeping the jack fixed, one can raise or lower loads fastened at the top of the rack.
By keeping the rack fixed, on the contrary, one can move the reduction gear on which you can fasten
accessory plates or support brackets.
Suitable for applications where the load to be handled requires a torque of more than 4.5 Nm
(limit of the version Part ***0).
State of supply reduction gearbox in reinforced polyamide complete with 1 worm screw in phosphated
steel, 1 metal gearwheel (reinforced), 1 rack in galvanised steel with end-stop composed
of a UNI***9 M6x*2 hex head screw and M6 screw washer, 1 knob fastened with a UNI***9 M6x*2 hex head screw and M6 screw washer and 1 polyamide screw cap, 4 UNI***9 M6x*5 hex head screws, 4 UNI***4 M6 self-locking nuts and 8 M6 screw washers.
Brake with tightening wing nut in reinforced polyamide. Colours (see table). Galvanised steel nuts
and bolts.
Characteristics: synchronisation of motion to the driven jack Part ***4  occurs by means of the hexagonal transmission shaft Part ***0

The brake eliminates loss of position caused by external
factors (e.g. vibrations).
Warning:n order to protect the internal transmission devices, if you use the knob for movement,
the brake will not fully lock the position.
Maintenance: not required.
Standard pack: 4 pieces.

Nominal torque transmissible: *2 Nmthe knob with torque limiter slips when reaching 4.5 Nm protecting
the reduction gear from overloads).
Rack's travel per turn: 1 knob turn = 8 mmof rack travel.
Reduction ratio i=*6 (*6 knob turns -worm screware equivalent to 1 turn of the worm gear with hexagonal seat).
Operation: manual, if motor-driven max. *0 rpm;
max time: 1 min;
