2. Production Introduction

      The CNS****1F Rapid Flour Moisture Meter uses cyclic annular halogen lamp to heat the samples quickly so that the moisture can be dried. Sample weight is automatically watched and displayed by the electronic balancer during the whole process. In this way, the Meter gets the content level of the moisture in flour samples.

      The design of  the Meter's structure and its intelligent software system allows the samples to be heated quickly and evenly. The factory setting has a testing mode for users, so all of them can quickly learn to operate the machine without considering their degree of specification. For professional users, who pursue more accurate and stable results, the machine also allows them to adjust the parameters of temperature and heating time to satisfy their respective needs.
