The yoni eggs are basically small weights that encourage the muscles to grip them which in turn tones and strengthens not only the vaginal walls but in fact the entire pelvic floor.

Start off with the largest egg and once you are comfortable with it inserted for at least half an hour you can graduate to the next smaller size and finally the tiny egg.

Please note, the larger the egg the heavier it is, so it gets harder to keep it in for long periods of time. If you cannot keep the egg in at first, do not get discouraged, it is completely normal for beginners – start practicing while laying down or sitting up.
