This is a facility that makes SRF(Solid Refuse Fuel) by
sorting wastes.
Municipal waste is a mixture of various types of waste. In
order to use this as fuel, a sorting combustible wastes is
required.
The purpose of this facility is to sort waste into combustivle
waste and incombustiblr waste, and use the combustible waste as a
substitute for existing fossil fuels such as coal.
This facility is a type in which warious products are
connected by a conveyor. It consists of products for sorting by
each type, such as a crusher for crushing waste, a trommel for
sorting by partivles, a ballistic for gravity, and magnetic
separator, etc.
Components
1. Shredder : Crushing Wastes
2. Bag Opener : Cutting plactic bags for making easy to seperate
the wastes.
3. Trommel : Sorting Wastes by particle size
4. Air Gravity Seperator : Sorting Wastes by Density
5. Drying System : Reducing moisture of wastes to increase the
caloric value
6. Fine Shredder : To make the particle size equally
The Sorting Process and components nay vary depending on the
customer's made.
The Final separated waste called as SRF(Solid Refuse Fuel).
You can use the SRF as an alternative of Coal.
Usually, SRF are used in Power plant or Cement Factory.
