How to use

· How do I open the pouch after it's been heat sealed?
: At the tear notch, simply tear straight across to open the bag. Then pull the zipper closure apart for access to the content, and then re-zip the bag for reuse.

· How do I expand the bottom gusset so that the pouch stands on its own?
: Can be done by hand. Simply open the zipper and slip your hand into the bag and carefully rotate your hadn inside.

Warranty Period

Payment Protection System
The payment protection system is a service in which the customer deposits the purchase price to Riu (hereinafter payment) before receiving the packaging material from the manufacturer, and Riu pays the sales price to the manufacturer according to the payment approval of the purchasing member.
This is a service that can be provided after signing a transaction contract between Packing Force members. In principle, Riu receives the full amount of the purchase price for all transactions for trust in the service and deposits the purchase price until the point of mutual confirmation of the member's transaction results.
In order to improve trust in mutual transactions and prevent price disputes in advance through this payment protection system, manufacturers use the so-called down payment (advance payment, etc.) cannot be paid.

Confirmation of Payment Details
Riu allows the customer to check the payment details upon request, and if the customer requests it, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the request, the payment details will be notified by e-mail, etc. Customer may request to check payment details at the following address, email and phone number.

Interest income and fees
- The customer agrees not to receive interest or separate income for the deposited purchase price when using the payment protection system. Riu can generate interest or separate income on deposits of purchases.
- Riu may charge the customer separately for fees incurred (overseas remittance, currency exchange, etc.) for deposits and withdrawals from the deposit account through the money protection system.

Payment of contract price
Riu pays or refunds the deposited purchase price according to the transaction agreement between customer. In principle, payment-related work, such as payment or refund, is carried out during business hours on weekdays.

Safe Arbitration Service
Safe arbitration service is provided by Riu so that disputes that arise after signing a service contract can be resolved amicably and quickly.
Mediation services are a three-step process:

Step 1: bilateral consultation
Bilateral consultation is the stage to find an agreement through dialogue between the customer and the manufacturer when a dispute arises during the transaction.

Step 2: Meeting with Riu
If an agreement cannot be reached during the bilateral consultation stage, neutral assistance is obtained through Riu.

Step 3: Institutional Intervention
If an agreement cannot be reached even in the previous two steps, the dispute is resolved by an arbitration award by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (a permanent court institution established under the Arbitration Act). Riu will review the documents required for the arbitration application and will cover the full cost of the arbitration. However, each party pays half the cost in excess of the support limit.

If the customer and manufacturer improperly abuse or excessively request Riu's dispute resolution service, Riu may reject it, cancel or terminate the service use contract with the customer or the service contract between Riu's customer.
