Traffic swinging double leaf door
ProfHolod's traffic swinging doors (TDD) are designed to separate production and other premises in places with intensive traffic of personnel. The factory-made doors are ready for installation on technological, industrial premises, hospitals, food production facilities, trade and food enterprises, etc. ProfHolod's traffic doors are not meant to completely seal the opening due to technical clearance gaps along the perimeter between the frame and the door leaf. For a door to remain open in the **-degree position, ProfHolod offers special hinges with fixation.

ProfHolod's traffic doors are available in custom sizes to insure best commercial application, ready for installation. The doors are equipped with the European-made hardware: Italian, Spanish, German - according to customer's request.

Swing doors are used: 
- In places of high traffic of people and transportation of hand trucks of low height, 
- To prevent drafts, 
- To separate internal production areas, 
- To stabilize the indoor climate, 
- In rooms that do not require maintaining a strict temperature regime, 
- In places without dust, sand, bulk materials, 
- In the kitchens of restaurants.

Door leaf
The door leaf, including the ends of the panel, is made of steel sheet 0.5 mm thick, resistant to mechanical shock and stress.

Depending on the degree of aggressiveness of the working environment, it is possible to manufacture doors from stainless steel AISI **4 for food or AISI **0 for non-food. Internal embedded elements of the door leaf ensure reliable fastening of the fittings. All doors are equipped with an elastic seal. Protection of the door leaf from damage is ensured by a special polyethylene film *0 microns thick, which can be freely removed after installation.

Thermal insulation
Thermal insulation is provided by the door filling: high-quality rigid polyurethane foam (PUR) with a density of up to *0 kg / m³.

Door frame
The doors are equipped with a rigid metal profile frame.

There are three options for making the frame:
1. Corner attachment frame for installation outside the opening. Manufactured from 2 mm thick steel sheet and powder coated (RAL ***3).
2. U-shaped frame for installation inside the opening. Manufactured from *0 × *0 bent steel sections with powder coating. It is mounted inside the opening using anchor bolts.
3. Frame in the girth of the opening for installation on walls made of polyurethane foam, plasterboard partitions, no more than **0 mm thick. Manufactured from 2 mm thick steel sheet and powder coated (RAL ***3).

Fittings
The doors are equipped with reliable KIDE (Spain), Coldtech (Italy) and ProfHolod fittings. Two hinge options: gravity and with door fixing.

Benefits of gravity loops:
- increased service life due to the lack of a spring mechanism,
- do not require adjustment,
- the same speed of opening and closing the door,
- reliable material: metal 2 mm thick.

Advantages of Snap Loops:
- do not require maintenance,
- the ability to adjust the effort to open and close the door,
- the effective area of ​​the skylight is larger than that of gravity loops.

Door options:
• in any color from the RAL catalog,
• door leaf coating: Pural Farm, Granite Farm, Food Safe, PVDF or stainless steel AISI **4, AISI **0,
• reinforcement of the door leaf with metal or plastic bumpers,
• with a viewing window,
• non-standard set according to the customer's specifications.
