Shortening ***9 is a premium quality shortening made from fully
refined palm oil and its fractions. It has been texturised with low
specific weight to impart good plasticity, smooth consistency to
facilitate mixing, ease of use, good leavening and tenderizing
effect in all dough based products. This product is formulated with
specific range of solid fat profiles and melting profile to suit
different climatic conditions and different applications. It is
also high oxidative stability fat. It offers a smooth consistency
that facilitates mixing and may also be used for frying.
CHARACTERISTIC: Shortening ***9 is a palm based shortening that is non-hydrogenated, trans fat free and cholesterol free. White Fat at room temperature, and melting to clear white to yellowish liquid on heating. Bland in taste, smell/odor and suitable for any formulation of bakery.
