Application
The cross wire feeding device is droved by pneumatic cylinders. Cross wire storage used to store pre-straightened and cut-to-length cross wires, with a capacity of 1.5 Ton. Precisely and easily changing of cross wire feeding tracks's spaces by mechanical synchro adjustment devise, removable cross wire feeding system is easy to maintain.
Automatic line wire feeding system:
Line wire automatic feeding system is used to feed the line wires fully automatically to welding points. There is almost no stop between two mesh sheets, which improves the production efficiency very obviously.
Line wire straightening and compensating system:
This system is used when line wires are from spools, the individually adjustable straightening blocks cover a large rang of wire diameter for better mesh quality. The synchro adjusting pole could adjust the space of all the wheels at the same time in order to save time.
Mesh sheet stacker:
The mesh sheets are automatically pulled out and stacker. Motorized transport system for exact positioning of the sheet. Easy adjustment for varying mesh configurations. GWC series mesh welding machine is equipped with automatic mesh turning device and motorized roller conveyor.
