Q: What is your main products?
A: We are professional in technical ceramic and ceramic grinding media more than 15 years. Our main products are zirconia grinding beads and alumina grinding balls.
 
Q: What is the size about your products?
A: For zirconia balls 0.3-50mm. For alumina balls is 0.3mm-60mm, we also accept OEM.
 
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: The MOQ is different from different balls, for example, 50kg for zirconia grinding beads. Alumina balls 1ton, or 50kg alumina beads
 
Q: Can you accept small quantity sample order before production?
A: Yes, we can supply you with sample order for your testing before official order.
 
Q: What is your production time?
A: We have large stock for standard products. For non-standard product ,it will be about 10-15days after order order confirmation in normal. 
 
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T, L/C for big amount, and Paypal, Western Union for small amount.
