CONCRETE TRANSIT MIXERS The range of Transit Mixers / Cement Mixer designs conform with international concrete industry standards and specifications. Units are available in 1.5, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 & 9.0 CM drum mixing capacities. The mixer drums has been engineered and designed for fast and efficient concrete mixing an discharge particularly for high strength, low slump concrete mix grades. The mixers come equipped with a heavy duty, direct drive planetary gear box which has a output torque apacity of *2, xxxxx and a variable displacement hydraulic motor. An integrated hydraulic oil cooler is provided to ensure precise operating temperatures are maitained. The power drive unit has a direct drive capacity of *0.0CM of concrete volume and comes as a standard in the range of Mixers. This configuration gurantees the mechanical durability of the drive unit and the provision of ample torque for mixing of low sump concrete. The trunnion ring of the Mixer is rolled from solid steel bar section. Rollers are machined from work hardened steel and come with low maintenance heady duty sealed roller bearings.
