Description

Single screw extruders consists of material feeding system, extruding system, roll cutting system, driving system, controlling system and cooling system, it is the extruder for deep fried snack. 1. Transducers are installed with material feeding system; driving system and roll cutting system that make extruders can operate under different frequency. 2. Circular cooling system is designed for extruder screws, screw tunnel and mold which can balance the temperature during extruding process. 3. There are two types of material feeding system single spiral and twin spirals which can feed different materials evenly and timely. 4. Extruders’ screw is made of metal *8crmoal which can use for a long time under rough friction. 5. According to different material extrusion we designed different length radius ratio screws.
