Automatic Foam Rewinder Introducing the newest machine, the Foam Slitter Rewinder model FS***1. This base model has been designed and built to be a rugged, easy to use production machine with all the features required for convenient fast production rewinding. The FS***1 is a very sturdy foam rewinder with the ability to take material up to 1.2 metres wide and 1 metre in diameter, with delamination if required. It has variable speed and programable electronic counting with adjustable ramp up and ramp down speeds. All shafts are cantilevered with flip-up bearing supports. The off-wind shaft has an air brake and three drive chucks. The FS***2 is the same machine with the addition of slitting facilities and an air chuck on the on-wind shaft, capable of slitting through a 3mm to *0mm thickness. Both machines can have a lay-on roller if required.
