Pickling Line
A layer of brittle and hard ferric oxide will form on the surface
of the steel strip during the hot rolling, and the ferric oxide
layer will affect the surface quality of the strip during cold
rolling. Pickling process is applied for removing the ferric oxide.

(Semi-continuous Pickling Line), Continuous Pickling Line.
Acid picking production line is one of the important procedures in
steel belt cold rolling production, the aims of acid pickling are
to remove the ferric oxide existing in belt surface, adjust weight
of each coiler, shear off cracked edge, and to obtain qualified raw
material for the next coming cold rolling process. According to the
methodology, acid picking can be sorted into continuous and
push-pull modes.
If continuous acid pickling line adopted, the head and rear ends of
two different coilers shall have to be welded together, either
entry or exit of the pickling section has to be equipped with
looper to guarantee a successive operation within the acid picking
section. Generally, when the annual yield exceeding *****0 tons,
continuous acid picking line will be suggested. While, the
push-pull acid pickling is referring to the procedure which steel
belt of each coiler being threaded through the whole acid pickling
section, first by pushing then by pulling forces, to complete acid
pickling treatment. Normally, if an annual yield is around **0, **0
tons, push-pull mode will be the 1st option. Our push-pull acid
pickling line adopts the advanced shallow turbulence pickling
technique, which is with the advantages of small investment, simple
equipments, strong adaptability to steel varieties, easy operation
and convenient maintenance, broadly regarded as the most optimized

Push-pull Pickling Line
Push-pull Pickling is a semi-continuous production. It is
characterized with lower consumption, easier operation and fewer
accidents, moreover it can pickle many kinds of incoming material.
The line can produce *****0~*****0 tons strip annually.
Continuous Pickling Line
Continuous Pickling is a production that the steel strip is pulled
continuously through the acid tank and rinsing tank. The line is
characteristic with high efficiency and output, and low electric
consumption. The annual yield of the line is *****0~******0 tons.
