take the machine to auto stop to get the protection and display the
fail information when the machine get fail in temperature control,
color mark hunt (photo-electric switch ) control and film finish.
And with the intelligent counter. The function is stable, easily to
use, high yield and low wastage.

length setting, counter setting, photo control, heating, mixing,

☆ Micro computer (SCM) controller-electron photo switch-stepping
motor control the bag length more nicety and easily.
☆ VVVF transducer speed control;
☆ Intelligent temperature control: 4 controllers. When the
heating parts or testing parts wrong to take the sealing
temperature over (high or low) *5°C of the setting temperature, the
machine will stop and display the err information “ heat over”. So
you can take the waster least;
☆ Intelligent photo control: For the bag length control by
electron photo switch. The length will be very nicety. When the
photo control err, the stop will stop and display the err info: “
photo err”.
☆ When the packing film empty or broken, the machine will stop
and display the running info: “film end”;
The intelligent counter: you can setting the counter to a data you
need. When the machine running and count to this data, the machine
will stop and take alarm.
