We are direct mandate of refinery and their exporting company in Russia and we have the capacity to produce Mazut for you/your buyers. Quantity is negotiable. This is the procedure, non negotiable: ) ICPO and BCL from buyer and buyer’s bank that are attached to each other with numbers. 2) Contract is issued and signed by both parties; this can take place on TTM in S: t Petersburg, visiting seller’s office and also the refinery. If not capable, I´ll send out contract together with copy of the original contract between producing company and selling company, showing the allocation/quote. 3) Within 3 banking days, **0 % pre payment for the first monthly shipment must be done, to a deposit account in Barclays bank and name. Barclays will release the money, to seller’s account, after the tanker has been loaded and SGS-inspection and certificate is issued. Also B/L must been issued. This is ongoing each month. 4) Producing of D2 and transport to Port of Novossirsk, Black Sea, Russia. 5) SGS-inspection and certificate is issued.
