DPP***0F Flat-plate Blister
Packaging Machineis updated by our factory scientific
research personnel on the base of the original DPP***0 blister
packing machine. We have collected the rational advice in the

Main Functions & Characters:
　 1. Adopting imported frequency conversion to
adjust speed, which cutting frequency is ****0 times/min and its
frequency conversion can be adjustable. You can change suitable
cutting speed according to stroke length and materials you
filling.
2. Adopting 2
section combination modes: forming and feeding are in one section,
hot-sealing, creasing and cutting are in one section. This
designing can lengthen distance between the blister forming and hot
sealing; raise the filling rate of feeding materials. Thus, the
rate of finished products will be guaranteed under the high speed
running.
3. Traction execution system: composed of material delivering,
drawing orientation and waste plate collecting and so on.

Enlarge cam to lengthen the distance of each work-site when running
up and down, which can make the max depth of bubble cap reach *6mm
and satisfy the big sugar pills and special packing requirements in
pharmacy and foodstuff industry and so on.
5. This machine can produce 5 blisters at one time
(standard blister plate *0×*7 mm), greatly improved the packing
speed.
6. This machine can
be used as two kinds of packing: aluminum-plastic and
aluminum-aluminum, being a dual-purpose machine. It can also be
equipped with hard capsule direction adjusting machine.
7. DPP***0FI blister
packing machine: equipped with PC touching push button, DPP***0FII
blister packing machine: equipped with PLC HMI(programming
controller).
