XKPS-TS series Triple-Roller Crumbler has the features of high efficiency, low consumption and easy maintenance. Widely used for crumbling pellet materials for oil & fats pretreatment plants (soybean, corn, etc), animal feed mill, food, chemical, and so on. * Rotary impeller feeder, make feeding evenly and smoothly. * Two pieces of chilled alloy rollers, centrifugal casting. Rolls are corrugated to each customer’s specific needs for different materials. * Handwheel with analog gauge joined by a coupling shaft connects the synchronous adjusting mechanism to maintain rolls parallel and indicate roll position precisely during adjustment. * Internal by-pass door controlled by the pneumatic cylinder. Need not to start the feeder motor when cracking unneeded. * With switch on the inspection door, the machine wills auto-stop when the inspection door opened. * Spring loaded idler maintains belts tension, and so ensure transmission efficiency. * High quality bearing, belt and belt gear.
