Salient Features: • Available in 8 models • Each model is available in carbon steel (CS) freezing surface or stainless steel (SS) freezing surface as per customers choice. • The ice removal tool (IRT) in Stainless steel in CS models too. • Scope of supply consists of flake ice maker, IRT with motor drive, Feed water pump with motor, feed water tank, water distribution tube, salt water addition tank (optional) , safety relief valve on refrigerant side, accumulator for refrigerant- gas/liquid separation • Our Flake ice maker are based on North Star USA design & patented thermo siphon refrigerant evaporation technology (Patent No. *****2 & *****7). This reduces cost of ice manufacturing compared to other refrigeration techniques. • Avoids water entry in bearing-due to Patented water distribution system involving water tank below the top the rotor drive top gear box, • Ice making from seawater or other liquids at different capacity than specified in the table below is also possible. • Can be installed on land, abroad ships • Designs are USDA approved for food applications Optional Scope of Supply – • Ice maker can be supplied as package system, in skid mounted or containerized condition • System to deliver flake ice directly to the user point without use of ice storage. • In built water chiller available when freezing temp, of **5°C to **0°C is to be used or for economy. Economics: • Produces more ice than any other ice maker using an equally rated compressor. • Operates continuously. • Defrost cycle is not required. • Lowest Refrigeration losses due to special fiberglass insulated enclosure. • Almost zero un iced water:- Converts entire fed water in to ice. • Easy to install and lowest maintenance due to high reliability components.
