Currently we have developed two new items of metallic yarn. POLYESTER DYE RESISTANCE METALLIC YARN. RM****1, *2Mic., 1/**9" or 1/**0" can be supplied in M, MX, MHS and ST types. This yarn keeps color even after polyester dyeing process. The fabric manufacturers will be free from the risk of stocking fabrics. They may produce the fabrics with metallic yarn in raw white polyester yarn. And then when they have any order, they may dye the fabrics case by case. At the moment, Silver color is available only. POLYESTER DYEABLE METALLIC YARN. DM****1, *5Mic. ( laminated *2Mic + *2Mic.), 1/**9" or 1/**0" can be supplied in M, MX, MHS and ST type. This yarn accept dyestuff for polyester fabrics. For example, if they produce fabrics with this yarn and dye the fabrics into Red color, metallic yarn becomes Red colored metallic yarn. ST-type produced by DM****1 ( *2Mic.). We will have no min. order quantity limit. We can supply any color of ST-type yarn, irrespective of quantity. Since this ST-type ( Let&#**9;s name it as DST-type ) is dyed, not color coated on the surface of the film, there will be NO color fading problem which is extreamly good for embroidery. Due to dyeing process, this type is USD*0.- higher than normal ST-type yarn. If you are interested in, we can arrange samples for testing.
