The locking of the rotor restricts the rotor to move thus restricting access to the controlled area. Robust Bars & Body The strong bars & body of the Tripod gate make it impossible to overpower the tripod in any case. A combination of powerful locking mechanism and strong body & bars is provided in the Tripod. *0º / **0º rotation with anti-pass back locking The tripod mechanism unlocks after receiving input from the Access Controller. The person can pass through the lane of the gate by pushing the bars. The rotor rotates up to **0º and gets locked again. Once the rotor is pushed it can not be brought back due to anti-pass back locking. Unidirectional or Bi-directional The rotor can be rotated in both directions depending upon the application. Individual entry each time : The lane width and the bar dimensions are designed to allow one person at a time. Thus the Tripod can be used in high security areas.
