It can make different materials crumbling, while rotary feeder makes feeding evenly and smoothly. l Internal by-pass door controlled by the pneumatic cylinder. No need to start the feeder motor when cracking unneeded. l Limit switch on the inspection door guarantees the safety, the machine will auto-stop when the inspection door is opened. l Travel switch is installed in the access door, which will make the machine auto-stop as it opens. l High quality chilled alloy rolls, centrifugal casting. Rolls could be corrugated according to clients’ specific requests for different usage. l Preeminent synchronous roll-space adjusting mechanism with analog gauge hand-wheel, easily maintain rolls parallel and adjust roll position precisely. l Spring loaded rolls, ensure the hard foreign materials pass through without damaging the machine. l Spring loaded idler maintains belts tension, ensure transmission efficiency. l High quality bearing, belt and belt gear ensure high-quality performance.
