WFCNC**0B Swage-bender is a kind of special CNC Tube-bender for the Mini-Radius processing parts. The min. R can be 1D. This kind of tube bender is widely used in boiler industry etc. The bending and swage parts of such machine are controlled by servo system. Through this system, the bending speed level can be adjusted from 1 to 9 grade and the swage pressure can be set freely by the top curve of touch screen to meet various requirements of customers. This machine is controlled by Siemens Panel PC with *5” color touch-screen, color graphic display and HMI. Data of processing pipe can be edited, stored and transformed. It is also has faults tolerance function. It can be manual, point-moving, single-action and auto operated.
